Our manufacturing facilities are at Cherlapally and Nacharam in Hyderabad. Visitors are welcome to see the fabrication floor — seeing a yard in operation tells you more about a fabricator than any brochure will. Please call ahead so someone who can answer technical questions is available.
Where We Work
Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are our primary regions, with established logistics reaching Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Warangal, Nizamabad and the surrounding industrial belts. We deliver and erect across India. Because freight is a real cost line on heavy steel, it is worth telling us the site location early — it affects the delivered rate as much as the fabrication rate does.
What to Include in Your Enquiry
The more of the following you can tell us, the more useful our first reply will be. If you do not know some of it yet, send what you have — much of it is what the design conversation is for.
- What the building is for — warehouse, factory, cold storage, rice mill, poultry shed, sports hall or something else. Use changes the specification considerably.
- Plot dimensions and location — site location also sets the wind and seismic design.
- Clear span and clear height needed — height is the single biggest cost lever in the building, so it is worth working back from the tallest thing that goes inside.
- Floor loading — particularly rack point loads, machine bases or vehicle movements.
- Crane requirement — capacity, hook height and duty class, if any. This has to be fixed before the frame is engineered.
- Your timeline — including whether approvals and the power connection are underway.
What Happens Next
We will come back with an indicative estimate and the questions we need answered to firm it up. All cost figures we publish and quote at this stage are indicative planning estimates rather than quotations — a firm figure follows the structural design and a soil investigation report.
One thing worth saying plainly: Kishore Infratech is a PEB manufacturer, not an approval agency. We do not file applications or liaise with departments on your behalf. What we provide is the structural drawings, design calculations and stamped documentation that your architect or licensed liaison consultant submits to the relevant authority.
