What You Are Looking At in This Gallery
The projects shown here are pre-engineered buildings designed, fabricated and erected by Kishore Infratech Private Limited across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and the wider South India region. They range from single-bay industrial sheds through to multi-bay warehouses, a working rice mill and a community hall canopy. What they have in common is the method: the frame is engineered for the loads of that specific building, fabricated in our facility at Cherlapally, and bolted together on site.
The Building Types Shown Here
- Clear-span industrial sheds — single-volume buildings where the roof carries from sidewall to sidewall with no internal columns, so machine layout and material flow are set by the process rather than by column positions.
- Multi-bay warehouses — wider buildings using an interior column line, which cuts steel weight substantially where uninterrupted floor is not essential.
- Multi-gable sheds — several spans run side by side under a repeating roof profile, used to cover a large footprint without the eaves height a single wide span would demand.
- Agro-processing buildings — including rice mills, where clear height is set by bucket elevators and destoners, and where dust management and vibration-isolated machine foundations drive the design.
- Raised and stilted structures — buildings lifted on steel columns to leave an open working bay beneath, used where ground-level access or flood clearance is required.
- Community and function structures — canopy and hall roofs where the same clear-span framing gives a column-free assembly space.
What the Photographs Show About the Method
Several of these images are taken mid-construction, and that is deliberate. The interior shots show what actually determines whether a building works: the column and rafter arrangement, the purlin layout carrying the roof sheeting, and the roof skylights that cut daytime lighting cost. The external shots show the envelope — the wall cladding, the entry canopies, the gable treatment and the masonry dwarf wall many industrial buildings use at the base.
You will also notice the site conditions. Foundations are cast on site while the frame is being fabricated in the factory, which is why a pre-engineered building reaches handover in roughly a third of the time conventional construction takes. Several of these buildings were erected on active industrial plots with work continuing around them.
