Six lines of work: pre-engineered building structures, EPC services covering engineering, procurement and construction, structural steel fabrication, cold roll formed buildings, PEB accessories, and silos and storage systems. PEB uses built-up members tapered to follow the bending moment, which suits regular single-storey buildings over large areas and gives a lighter frame. Structural steel uses standard hot-rolled sections and suits multi-storey work, irregular geometry and heavy point loads. Many projects use both — a steel process block inside a PEB envelope.

EPC suits owners without an in-house project team, or where the schedule and the interfaces between building, foundations and services make coordination the main risk. Supply-only suits owners who already have their own contractor and consultant and want components or fabricated steel against an existing design. Both routes are available.

Light industrial sheds, warehousing with moderate loading, agricultural and poultry buildings, godowns and covered storage, and secondary framing within larger structures. Sections are rolled from 0.8 mm upwards to project requirement, so purlins and girts can be optimised against the actual loading rather than selected from stock.

Sliding doors and shutters, aluminium windows, roof and wall insulation, louvers and sand trap louvers, power and ridge ventilators, skylights and wall lights, fasteners, and roof jacks and curbs for roof penetrations. They can be supplied with a building or separately, which suits owners upgrading an existing shed.

Grain storage silos for paddy, rice, wheat, maize and pulses, and industrial liquid storage silos and tanks. These are engineered structures designed to the stored material’s density, flow behaviour and discharge method, with foundations designed for the full stored mass on the basis of a site soil investigation.

Standard industrial buildings run an indicative ₹1,400–2,200 per sq ft, with cold formed light structures at the lower end and specialised facilities carrying premiums for process requirements. Clear height, clear span, crane provision and floor loading drive the figure far more than finishes do. All figures are indicative planning estimates, not quotations.

A standard industrial building runs roughly 12 weeks from consultation to completion — about 2 weeks design, 2 weeks engineering and approval, 4 weeks procurement and fabrication and 4 weeks erection. Fabrication runs in the factory while foundations are cast on site, which is why the programme compresses against conventional construction.

Telangana and Andhra Pradesh as the primary region, from facilities at Cherlapally and Nacharam in Hyderabad, with established logistics reaching Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Warangal and the surrounding industrial belts, and delivery across India. Freight distance affects the delivered rate on heavy steel, so site location is worth raising early.
