Kishore Industries was established in 1980 as a small unit in lent premises at Musheerabad, Hyderabad by Mr. V. Nanda Kishore primarily as a Sheet Metal Fabrication Unit providing to limited transformer and stabilizer manufacturers in Hyderabad with a very narrow market size and investment. Mr.VN Kishore’s devotion towards work was identified and the same reinforced him to acquire factory buildings at Nacharam through Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC).
Later Kishore Industries also initiated manufacturing Food Processing Machinery associated accessories like Couplings, Storage Hoppers, and Cyclone Sets for a specific Machinery manufacturer.
